Emotional Resilience.

How we feel about our circumstances will dictate our attitude towards them. And our attitudes can either make or break us. 


Indifference allows us to become emotionally resilient to situations that are outside of our control. 


This is because we see them as part of the full package of life and not some personalised attack on us. 


We are also able to let go easier.
